Villa Vesta is a splendid villa located in “Is Armentus” in Casiadas, a quite area of at the foot of the Minni Minni forest, just a few kilometers from the wonderful beaches of the southeast coast of Sardinia. It is the perfect choice for those who wish to enjoy the island's natural beauty in a 'Rural Chic' environment equipped with all the comforts. The villa offers spacious accommodations for large groups and a strategic location to explore the wonders of the southeast coast of the island. With its private pool, well-kept garden, and all the desired amenities, this villa promises an unforgettable Holiday for all its guests.

The property, equipped with all comforts and absolute privacy, is surrounded by a large garden of about 2000 square meters, cared for with Mediterranean plants and large green spaces. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful porch equipped with dining area and relaxation area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing in the shade of the summer heat.

The property is on two levels. The mezzanine floor is dedicated in part to the living area with a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals during the stay, a dining area and a large and cozy living area, tastefully furnished and equipped with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. On the floor there are four double bedrooms equipped with all the main comforts and where the charm of rustic details blends with the elegance of contemporary design. Two bathrooms with shower complete the mezzanine floor.

The basement is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a quadruple room with double bed and sofa bed. There are two bathrooms on the floor with shower, without direct light.

The Villa, with private entrance and reserved parking spaces, has a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and umbrella for moments of pure relaxation and fun, an outdoor shower, a functional built-in barbecue area perfect for organizing barbecues and outdoor dinners. All rooms are air conditioned/heated, except the kitchenette, the living area and in the basement rooms which offer a natural shelter from the summer heat, thanks to their pleasant freshness, making air conditioning superfluous.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We usually personally welcome all our guests by making an appointment for the delivery of the keys and the check-in operations. The Sardinia Chic Staff will welcome guests from 4.00pm to 9.00pm and check-out from 8.00am to 10.00am (check-outs before 8.00 am must be communicated during the check-in operations).

72 hours before arrival, it is necessary to communicate the arrival time at the airport or port to our Booking Office via a message, or by email, so as to arrange an appointment with the Sardinia Chic team for the handover of the property.

The Contract
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.

Deposit
The refundable deposit of € 800,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.

Local Council Tax
The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that Castiadas council is applying a local stay tax, starting from € 1,00 per person per night (children under 10 years old are excluded). The tax concerned, for stays from the 1st of June until the 30th of September, has to be settled directly by the Guest to the properties, has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.
