Other things to note
Family Facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. It is £40 for the rental, drop off, and pick up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair as well, the cost will be £45 in total. We'd need to know at least 48 hours in advance in order to make the arrangements.
Parking:
The most cost-efficient way to find a parking space is to use the app, Just Park. Here, people in the neighborhood will advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks.
Check-in/ check out:
- Our standard check-in time is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
- Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £100 charge will be applied for unauthorized late checkout or early check-in.
Keys:
A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
Extra guests:
No extra guests are allowed on the property at any time without prior permission, and no parties/loud music is permitted. We are very conscious of being in a residential area, and violating either rule will incur a £250 fine.
Property Management Services:
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
Additional rules
We would like to gently remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no-party policy. Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home. If such events happen (or be reported during your stay), please keep in mind that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to eviction, regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.
Our home is in a residential area, and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. I hope you understand.

- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
