- 2 air conditioners installed!
- The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building, without a lift
- The apartment for 02 people means 1 double bed, 04 people 2 beds etc. For multiple bed needs (for example 2 people 2 double beds, or 3 people 3 separate beds, etc), you will have to pay 15 euros for each additional set of sheets
- for stays longer than 20 days, there will be a mandatory linen change (sheets + towels) at a cost of 20 euros for each replacement
