On arrival, please walk to the back of the property, walk through the iron gate painted black and you will find the key safe box mounted on the wall (the upper key safe). Simply open it with the code and finally walk back to the front door to access the property.
Free on street parking directly at the front of our property and a free private parking at the rear as well.
Escape maps are behind the bedroom doors in the unlikely event of fire outbreak. Please familiarize yourselves with our fire safety measures.
If you're with your lovely children, please keep an eye on them to avoid damages to the property as it incurs extra charges. This advice is based on past experience.
The accommodation regrets it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the property or parking vehicles. Our properties are competitively priced because we operate a "FAIR USAGE" policy. As clearly stated in our listing, the CENTRAL HEATING will turn off when the temperature reaches between 20C to 21C or when the property is warm, whichever comes first. DO NOT SET THE HEATING ABOVE 21C!
The HEATING THERMOSTAT is on the wall in the dining area.
The property also reserves the right to charge you a huge fee if you do not comply with the HOUSE RULES or if you damage the property. Please familiarize yourselves with some of the house rules below:
-Windows are to be closed, lights and heating turned turned off each time you leave the house
-Shut all Windows and doors whilst central heating is on
-Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited( No smoking)
-No house parties
-No anti=social behaviour
-Keep noise down to a minimum. Noise reduced to barest minimum level . We respect our neighbours
-Entry to boiler cupboard is strictly prohibited
- Tidy up after yourselves and please use the bins outside
- No illegal activities please
-Pets are not allowed
-Please, take off your shoes to ensure the house is clean for everyone
-Avoid damages to the property as that will incur extra charges
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
1. Take all your belongings
2. Lock all the DOORS and all the WINDOWS please
3. Turn off all lights
4. All plates, cups etc are washed and put away dry
5. Empty the kitchen bin and throw away all perishable food
6. Drop the key back through the letterbox
