Canmore is nestled within Alberta's Bow Valley, surrounded by mountains and wildlife. It's the perfect locale for fishing, climbing, canoeing, all kinds of winter sports and more. Banff National Park is approximately 7.5 miles from your resort, and world-famous Lake Louise is a little more than an hour's drive away. If you want to take it easy, take a stroll through the quaint town. With a little luck, you may even see a Hollywood film being shot here.
Enjoy your stay in the Rocky mountains in this Studio condo just a short drive from Banff National Park. Your room comes with a King bed in the living area. Units have a mini kitchen equipped with a microwave convection oven instead of a full oven. Maximum occupancy is 2.
Enjoy the panoramic view of the Rockies from the heated outdoor pool and hot tub (open daily from 8am to 10pm). You will have access to the indoor hot tub, sauna, fitness center, outdoor barbecue area, as well as a movie room with featured nightly movies. Ask the front desk for more details on movie nights.
Wi-Fi is available for an *extra fee* (see front desk). The front desk will require photo ID and a credit card at time of check-in. The front desk will apply a refundable damage deposit to your credit card. If no damages are incurred during your stay, your damage deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
PET POLICY:
Except for service animals, pets are not allowed at the resort.
POOL & HOT TUB:
Enjoy the panoramic view of the Rockies from the heated outdoor pool and hot tub (open daily from 8am to 10pm). The pool and hot tubs are heated and open year-round. Infants and toddlers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. There are no lifeguards on duty. For your safety, please wear shoes in the pool area and refer to posted pool signage for more specific information. You will have access to the indoor hot tub, sauna, fitness center, outdoor barbecue area, as well as a movie room with featured nightly movies. Ask the front desk for more details on movie nights.
FITNESS CENTER:
The fitness center is 24hrs and guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
GUEST SERVICES:
Movie rentals are available for $4USD per movie per night plus tax. Movies are due back by 6p.m. the next day or at checkout (whichever comes first).
LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
Complimentary laundry facilities are located on the second, third, and fourth floors. A resort map will be provided to you at check-in.
QUIET TIME:
11pm-7am. As a courtesy to other guests, offensive, loud, and disruptive activities are not permitted. You may report disturbances to Guest Services at Ext. 0.
SECURITY REMINDER:
Please properly secure your vehicle and never leave any unattended valuables inside. Please be advised that the resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle or possessions.
SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all suites and on patios, decks, and balconies. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the assessment of a fee. Please see front desk staff about designated smoking areas

A soda and snack vending machine is located in the Business Centre beside the Lobby.

DEPARTURE PROCEDURES:
Check-out time is at 10am. Please start the dishwasher & take your garbage to the bins located on each floor before leaving your unit. Large green receptacles are located on each floor by the elevators with the exception of the sixth floor. On the sixth floor, a green garbage receptacle can be found at the top of the stairwell. Recycling can also be placed here. There is a blue plastic recycle bag in each suite under the sink. You can leave your room keys in your room, or drop them in the sanitizing bowl at the front desk.

Widely considered the world's most beautiful beer festival, The Banff Craft Beer Festival takes place in Banff's Cave and Basin National Historic Site and is held each year in late November. CANMORE NORDIC CENTRE PROVINCIAL PARK:
This cross-country skiing park is just a five-minute drive from Canmore. Originally developed for the 1988 Olympics, it offers more than 44 miles of cross-country and biathlon trail systems. 2 mi.
BANFF NATIONAL PARK:
More than 2,500 square miles of mountains, glaciers, forests, valleys, meadows, rivers, and gorgeous Lake Louise, make Canada's first national park one of the world's top destinations. COLUMBIA ICE FIELD:
The Columbia Icefield, about 210 kilometers from Canmore along the scenic Icefields Parkway, is one of the largest blocks of ice and snow south of the Arctic Circle. It rests on the boundary between Banff and Jasper National Parks, a 325-square-kilometer family of eight major glaciers, all visible from Icefields Parkway. 110 mi.
