Located just a 15-minute walk from Ayia Napa we find the pretty Nissini Villa 5. Ideal for those wanting to be close to the resort, whilst still a distance away from the crowds for a relaxing holiday in the sun. With a wrap-around terrace and alfresco dining, Nissini 5 is ideal for a day by the pool whilst the Cypriot sun shines high in the sky. Reclining sun loungers are ideal for a spot of sunbathing along with this year's must-read and a homemade cocktail or two. 
Inside, a white-washed living room and kitchen provide a cool spot away from the midday sun, as it comes complete with cold air conditioning and cosy seating. A six-seater dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave and even a washing machine. We find all three bedrooms on the first floor, a master double with a balcony, ideal for a morning coffee as the sun starts to shine, another double and a twin room. All bedrooms share a separate family bathroom on this floor.
The best feature? The brick-built BBQ on the terrace is ideal for cooking up a storm. Why not try some fresh Cypriot Halloumi, best served with a side of Tzatziki dip and a glass of sweet white wine. 
To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the poolside is 70cm wide, alongside 2 steps. The terrace is fully tiled. The outside space is mostly even, however there are a few steps around the property. To get to the poolside, you have to go around the property from the front, there are no patio doors. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the widest bedroom door is 65cm wide, and the bathrooms door is 62cm wide.
