This tastefully decorated 58m2 apartment is conveniently located near various top attractions in London, such as Hampstead Heath. For those who prefer staying close to home, the apartment is a 3-minute walk from local coffee shops, restaurants, and M&S supermarkets, as well as a 10-minute walk to the popular Belsize Park and Hampstead High Streets.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a large sofa, a widescreen smart TV with multiple streaming options for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The living area opens to a lovely backyard with a private terrace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air, especially during British Summer Time. Even when the weather doesn't permit, you'll still enjoy the indoor space, thanks to the large windows and skylights that make the space feel light and airy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the other one with a double bed, both adorned with hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager working hard to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Hampstead Heath, nestled in the heart of London, is a picturesque and expansive green oasis that captivates tourists with its natural beauty and diverse offerings. This vast and ancient parkland spans 790 acres, providing a peaceful retreat from the urban hustle. Visitors can explore meandering trails through lush woodlands, enjoy panoramic views of the city skyline from Parliament Hill, and relax by the serene ponds, including the famous Hampstead Heath Ponds for swimming. The Heath is steeped in history, boasting ancient Roman and medieval connections, and its charming Kenwood House offers a cultural respite. Whether seeking a leisurely stroll, a dip in the refreshing waters, or simply a breath of fresh air, Hampstead Heath promises a delightful escape with a blend of nature, history, and recreational activities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

A bus stop right outside the property takes you directly into Soho, Covent Garden and Leicester Square in less than 30 minutes and Kings Cross in less than 15 minutes.

The nearest tube station, Belsize Park, is less than a 10-minute walk and connects throughout London.

Heathrow Airport is approximately a 60-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
