Cosy, personal, family-friendly nature retreat surrounded by trees and fresh air

Our charming and personable mountain-top hideaway (with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom/toilet, ideal for families) in the middle of a private, secluded and remote tree-rich estate is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the capital city, Accra, just about 45 minutes North of Accra. We are a hands-on host family, always available to our guests, but you will be staying in a separate building next to our own house. It is your choice to choose for privacy, or hang out with us on our patio living room. I’m a Dutch National, born in Ghana, married to a Ghanaian lady, and we have 2 teenage sons. We delight in hosting guests from all corners of the earth, and gladly advise and assist on attractions near or far. Miles of hiking paths, mountain-biking, waterfall visits, Botanical Gardens and Arts and Crafts markets are all close-by, but also breezy terraces and balconies that allow for peaceful relaxation, reading, remote working, mediation, are also part of our lives up here in the fresh and cool mountain air. Our retreat offers peace and quiet, so we also ask our guests to respect the environment, other guests and our neighbours by not being noisy, no loud music, no events, etc.
