With private off-street parking, your holiday haven is set upon three floors; the ground floor has a super double bedroom, useful bathroom with good sized walk-in shower and utility room with both washing machine and tumble dryer. The outside has a delightful patio with seating, great for morning coffee of perhaps a favourite beverage as the sun drops behind the horizon after another busy day of exploring. Venture up to the first floor and a spacious kitchen diner awaits, with large dining room table and very well-equipped kitchen, immaculately presented. The living room will also be found, with the feature of folding doors, opening up the whole area or making this room a quiet, relaxing space, complete with inviting corner sofa and Smart TV. Access to the balcony with patio furniture and country views. The family bathroom is on this floor, with bath and shower. A further double bedroom completes the first-floor rooms.

Once you set out to enjoy your surroundings, you will find a town with no less than twelve beaches, an all-weather aquarium, superb array of restaurants and surf shops too. The coastline here is sublime, with coast path walks revealing rugged outcrops and rockpools for all ages to enjoy! The bustling harbour town of Padstow is a short drive away, famed for its galleries, boutique shops and celebrity chef inspired eateries. A little further along the coast, you will find Port Isaac of Doc Martin fame and the exquisite fishing port of Boscastle, with its pretty cottages and spectacular scenery.
