From the structure the sea is reachable on foot via a comfortable staircase made of concrete with handrail. the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves on the Cape Vatican, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which makes it even more exclusive.

Villetta Ischia has four bedrooms, three of which are double and one with bunk bed, three bathrooms with shower.

Located in a three-family villa, Villetta Ischia is spacious and comfortable also thanks to the independent entrance and the private courtyard furnished.
