Additionally, the bedroom is furnished with all the necessary comforts, along with laundry facilities that include a washer, towels, bed sheets, hangers, bed linens, an iron, and a drying rack for your convenience.

The space comfortably accommodates three guests with a sofa bed in the living area. Entertainment options are aplenty, with a TV available for your viewing pleasure. Stay cozy with heating throughout the space, and for added safety, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place.

The well-equipped kitchen and dining area allow you the freedom to craft your own meals with ease. Find a refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, basic condiments, dishes, and silverware. The hot water kettle, wine glasses, toaster, and coffee maker are at your disposal to complement your culinary adventures. The dining table offers a warm and inviting space to savor your meals.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Do not flush tissues, baby wipes, etc to avoid clogging the toilet

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
