Located on Rua Gonçalo Cristóvão, you’ll be in the heart of the city, just minutes away from everything you may need for a worry-free stay. As you walk down the street, you can feel the cultural pulse of Porto. Cozy cafés and restaurants invite you to enjoy local delicacies, such as the famous bacalhau à Brás or the traditional francesinha.

Additionally, the proximity to famous landmarks, like the Clérigos Tower or the Bolhão Market, makes the surroundings of Rua Gonçalo Cristóvão a perfect choice for those wanting to dive into Porto's rich culture and tradition.

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

Getting Around:
Metro - Line E from the Airport to Trindade Metro Station + 5-minute walk to the apartment

Transfer - We have a partnership with a transfer company. If you're interested, please provide us with your flight details.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of 190€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

We have a transfer service available that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it!

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request!
