It takes its name due to its unique view of the enchanting Via Pereira, one of the most beautiful alleys in the city of Amelia, few steps away throw from the cathedral.
L'affaccio sul vicolo is an independent apartment in the historic center, characterized by its particular plan on three levels connected by a wooden staircase, where the living area is located in the center, with a complete kitchen and relaxation area, while on the upper floor and lower we find the two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The panoramic views from its windows are seductive, in harmony with the historic place where the house lies.
It also has a small outdoor space with a seating table.
