This apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Cascais. Extremely quiet, very well served by shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport and with free parking throughout the area.
The Torre do Pinhal condo is a modern building, with an elevator, surrounded by gardens.
The apartment is located on the 8th floor and has a breathtaking view.
The view is panoramic, looking from the sea to the Sintra mountains.
The apartment has a living room with LCD TV and WI-FI. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and mixer.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and private entrance to the bathroom, also featuring a wardrobe and access to a large balcony that leads to the living room.
The other bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds and a desk.
The bathroom with shower cabin has two doors, allowing private access through the bedroom, as well as access through the entrance hall, thus giving guests complete flexibility and privacy.

House rules:
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, please use the balcony;
• Pets are not allowed without prior authorization;
• The house is not prepared for people with disabilities;
• No noise allowed in the house after 22:00;
• Take out trash and turn off lights and equipment when not in use.
• It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture.
• Loss of key - €100:
• Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention
• Forgetting the keys inside the house, requiring a new visit from the company - 25 €
• At check-in, a manual will be delivered, follow the rules in it.

Check-in – Between 4 pm and 8 pm; before 4 pm only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; late check-in after 8pm will cost €30; Late check-in after 24h will cost €50.
Check-out – Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am will cost €50; early check-out before 8am will cost €30.

Cascais City Tax:
Cascais City Council charges a fee of 2€ per night per person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14€ per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.

Extras:
Transfer from / to airport / apartment: €55 up to 4 people.
Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;
Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include various services from booking recreational or sports activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.

Security Deposit: 200 Euros per booking; they will be refunded if the apartment is in the same conditions in which the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the apartment or any of its furniture or equipment.
