Cosy apartment unit in a triplex at less 100m from the beach with a common pool

A modern and cosy apartment unit in a triplex with all the facilities available to make your stay comfortable.

The ground floor consist of the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities: all basic utensil, a fridge, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, gas stove, oven, a barbecue, a breakfast table of seating capacity 6 and a diner table of seating capacity 4. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack. We provide a welcome basket with water bottle, milk, tea, coffee and biscuit for our guests at their arrival.

The living area has a flat screen TV where you can log in your netflix account or watch youtube. A portable broadband device is also available where you can enjoy a good internet connection wherever you go.

There is one double air-conditioned bedroom and a bathroom/toilet unit on the first floor.
The second floor has one air-conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed, another air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, and the bathroom/toilet unit. Each floor has a balcony.

Towels, hand soap, body soap, dressing gown and beach towels are available.

There is a common swimming pool and a small garden. You will also enjoy a splendid view of the sea Flic en Flac from one of the upper bedroom. You will be at a walking distance to the beach (less than 100m).
