The space
This elegantly modern furnished property offers a total living space of 130 square meters. On the ground level, you can discover an open, fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances and a well-lit living area with a dining section, along with a bedroom and a restroom with a shower.

On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms, both featuring en-suite bathrooms. These bedrooms have access to their private balcony where you can relish the panorama or dive into a good read.

All the restrooms have underfloor heating, and there is air-conditioning (warm/cold) in all the rooms within the residence.

On the top you'll find the rooftop terrace with splendid vistas of the locality and a breathtaking outlook of the salt lagoons of Torrevieja.

ATTENTION! Our villa is located in a residential area - our neighbors are families with kids, thus NO parties or smoking is allowed and quiet hours between 22.00 and 8.00 MUST be respected.
