The living room and dining area features a comfortable 3 seater sofa and and 4 lounge chairs, a large flat screen TV (50’’), air-conditioning which cools or heats the whole apartment and a large 4-seater dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, electric oven with cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, kitchenware and crockery for easy meal preparation.

There is a switch for hot water in the electric switchboard.
Free unlimited WI-FI internet is available.
The modern bathroom features a bath.
A private washing machine is available in the apartment.
There is a private balcony with outdoor furniture, offering sea views.

Pets unfortunately are not allowed. Parties and smoking are strictly not allowed.
A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, hand over the keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.
The apartment is centrally located, just 2kms from the White Tower and 3kms from Aristotelous square and popular Tsimiski St shopping district. The railway station is at 5kms, the Makedonia International airport is 13kms away. All amenities including supermarkets, greengrocers, bakery, cakeshops, pharmacy, banks, fast food outlets are at a distance of no more than 100mtrs from the property. The seaside esplanade is just 100m away. Restaurants, tavernas and cafes are an easy 5-10mins walk. A bus stop is located just steps from the apartment.
All amenities are at walking distance, in most cases no car is required to move around the city. There is a good public transport system. Paid parking is available very close to the apartment.
