All amenities including supermarkets, greengrocers, bakery, cakeshops, pharmacy, banks, fast food outlets are at a distance of no more than 100-150mtrs from the property. The seaside esplanade is just 300m away. Restaurants, tavernas and cafes are an easy 10mins walk. A bus stop is located just steps from the apartment.

The parking space is located on -2 level in the same apartment building and is accessible by elevator.
A car is not necessary though to move around from the apartment, as all amenities are just a few minutes walk.
