About the property
Blacksmith's Cottage is a thoughtfully designed studio cottage with everything you'll need for a quiet and peaceful getaway in stylish surroundings. With nineteen acres of gorgeous gardens and estate parkland to explore, including a 1,000-year-old chestnut tree and a lake, it's an oasis of tranquillity, you'll never be short of an adventure. Meanwhile, the thriving market town of Nantwich is within easy reach and very handy for stocking up on groceries or dining out.
The space
As you step inside the open-plan cottage you will be greeted by an elegantly designed lounge/kitchen with a tastefully redesigned blacksmith's fireplace taking pride of place. Along with this, there is a sumptuous sofa, two armchairs and a Smart TV, perfect for snuggling up after a day in the countryside.
Meanwhile, the kitchen features everything you will need to self-cater, including an oven, an induction hob, a microwave and an instant boiling hot water tap, whilst the views overlook the idyllic lake.
In keeping with the open-plan theme, the king-sized bedroom is located through an archway and carefully designed to feel luxurious and relaxing. The bed is placed against a feature wall, which divides the space into two. On the other side, there is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a roll-top bath and a vanity table.
Outside, you will have access to a spacious courtyard and a four-seating dining table that's ideal for alfresco dining.
Guest access
There is a lockbox with a key for a self-check-in and there is a member of the estate team on hand who can help during working hours if you have any queries.
Your parking spaces are located outside your cottage. You will be able to explore the grounds freely; however, the South Garden is for private use by the family.
