A duplex at Solemar Beach resort, on the ground floor, near one of the pools, the resort is located in Kaslik, Jounieh, Keserwan, the complex has 4 pools, tennis courts, basketball, football, barbecue area, restaurants, supermarkets, access to a private beach (just for residents).

VERY IMPORTANT: All amenities are INCLUDED in the rental fees like the generator, electricity, wifi, access to the pools, etc....
Pools are open from 1/6/2025 to 15/10/2025

As a self-catering chalet, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The chalet is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access, 3 new air conditioner units on each area (living room and the 2 bedrooms).

This chalet consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room (with double sofa-beds), 3 balconies, a kitchen, 8 people can fit comfortably. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 1pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is permitted on the balconies only.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property, they are a part of the family.
