we have experience and great local reviews but we are brand new to VRBO, maybe you will be the first person to book and leave a review here? We hope so, and we already know it will be a good experience.
Traveling is good but sometimes tiring, especially from overseas. We offer a place to rest, to feel at home, ready to continue the journey whatever the destination.

If you are looking for a place that is safe, super clean, rich in Italian and international history and culture, with flexible check in times, you have found it, here we are.
The name of the facility is "Notte di Note - home hospitality" and it is duly registered by law as a non-hotel facility here in the Lombardy region and for the Italian state.

Our guests tell us that the place is an oasis of tranquility; we ensure the utmost care and cleanliness. We are very conveniently located because we are well connected to Milan, Milan Malpensa Airport, the Lakes, Switzerland, etc.

We look forward to offering you authentic Italian hospitality, with local heart and culture and international mindset.

FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN TIME
We know that airplanes sometimes arrive early in the morning, and it's a hassle for you to have to wait until the afternoon to rest, take a shower... We are flexible and do what we can to meet your needs. The same goes if your plane arrives late in the evening. We are not a hotel with a reception, but we make arrangements if the situation gives us the time.
In order to make arrangements we need to know your estimated time of arrival, and departure and please let us know this when you book.

HOW TO BOOK
At the moment we don't have direct booking because we are new here (simply don't want to mess with overbooking).
We update the availability calendar, so if you see available days the response will be positive and we will get back to you shortly!

LOGISTICS
We are in the heart of the beautiful region of Lombardy, which is full of famous lakes, mountains and cities of art and good food.
There is so much to see and experience around: Milan, Como Lake, Lake Maggiore, Switzerland (you can reach the border in 20 minutes by train), Italy, Europe!

EASY BY TRAIN
The house is within walking distance of the "Busto Arsizio Nord" train station, and you can get everywhere by train.
Frequent direct trains bring you here in 10 minutes from the Airport. Of course, the reverse is equally applies: from home you get inside the airport in just 10 minutes with the first-class train "Malpensa Express" (no change, ticket costs 4 euros).
In 25 minutes you arrive in the center of Milan, right next to the famous Castello, and from there you can walk to the Duomo, La Scala Theater and the shopping streets.
(Ah: if you have a car, you can park for free in front of the house in a video-monitored space)

THE SPACES IN THE HOUSE
In the house you will find bright and independent spaces: there are 3 studios of 25 square meters, each with a private bathroom (with window) and mini-kitchen. Each space has its own entrance key.
You can enjoy the private garden that is equipped with tables, chairs and hammock; plants and flowers will keep you company.
In addition there is also a common room (on the second floor) with table and chairs for everyone; there you will find many books and guides in different languages. (The common room is a new space but still without air conditioning, however it has many windows that can be opened in summer. We reassure you: the rest of the house has heating/cooling depending on the season, and maximum climatic comfort is assured)

UP TO 9 PEOPLE
In total the house can accommodate up to 9 people divided as follows:
- "Puccini" space on the ground floor: up to two people. Double bed
- Space "Verdi" on the second floor: up to 3 people. Single beds or double bed and a single
- Space "Rossini" on the second floor: up to 4 people. 2 single beds or one double bed, and one double futon (also for single use).
A crib is available for babies up to 2 years old.

IN THE CITY, ON FOOT
in 10 minutes you can reach the city center, rich in history. Our city is quiet, free of danger and without "tourist traps"-you will love it for that very reason! Here you will find authentic places with reasonable prices: restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream stores, bookstores, clothing stores and more with great quality.
- There is a great wine shop and bar within a 5-minute walk from the house.
-There is a swimming pool (outdoor in summer) 10 minutes walk from the house.
-There are two supermarkets 5 minutes walk from the house, with great food and the best products, foods and wines; there is the local market twice a week: nothing better than to immerse yourself in the local culture and get to know 100% authentic Italy with its flavors.
We have a great food culture, with professional expertise and if you want we can advise you on the best foods and more.

CHECK-IN AND RECEPTION PROCEDURE
On the ground floor of the house there is a space for us in the Staff, family-run facility/guesthouse.
We welcome you in person, check you in (we have to ask by law to see your documents to register you) and leave you the keys to your rooms. You can come in and out whenever you want. Only registered people can access spaces in the house or garden.
Sometimes we are present in Reception (which is separate from your private spaces) and gladly available for whatever you need.
We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and German well. We understand French well and a little bit of Japanese. Being Italian, we also use gestures to communicate and in short we are sure we will understand each other 😊

ON-SITE BREAKFASTS AND DINNERS
Upon request, we have opportunities to have a good home chef for special dinners in a dedicated room, with typical and authentic local food, including matching wine. But availability depends on the times, and in order to make possible arrangements we need to know your wishes as soon as possible.
