We have rented properties in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores many times - but West Beach Hangout was easily our favorite. The location is fantastic and there is plenty of room for a large group. The pool is great and we really appreciated having use of beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and a rolling cart to transport it to the beach. Speaking of the beach - it was just a quick 5 minute walk. Kitchen was well equipped and having a dedicated ice maker was a bonus. We really enjoyed staying at the West Beach Hangout and we will definitely rent it again the next time we are staying in Gulf Shores.

We just returned from an amazing week at the West Beach Hangout House, and I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house itself had a huge part to do with how wonderful our trip ended up being.The Layout & AmenitiesThe layout of this home is absolutely perfect. We had a group of six, and the open-concept design made it feel incredibly spacious. Every single bedroom and bathroom was pristine and beautifully set up.For the Kids (and kids at heart): The arcade games were a massive hit! The kids absolutely loved having the pinball machine and Pac-Man to play with.The Backyard Oasis: The absolute star of the house is definitely the private pool. We spent so much time out there relaxing.Location, Location, Location!You truly cannot beat this spot. It is a super easy, short walk (only a block or two) straight to the beach. Plus, it’s in the perfect location if you want to leave the car behind and walk to a bunch of great local restaurants and shops.Top-Notch HospitalityWe had a minor issue with the dishwasher during our stay, but the host, Jo, was incredible. Even with the busy Memorial Day holiday weekend, her communication was excellent, and she helped us get it resolved quickly.We had a flawless week and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are considering booking the West Beach Hangout House, just do it—you won't regret it!

The location of the condo was perfect. Everything was nice inside and had all the extras needed. The owners had great communication with us and it was appreciated. We will definitely return.

Short walk to the beach

Walkable to beach and stores. Nice place. New construction. Everything you need is available here. Owners respond right away if you message them. It’s very nice

Best vacation ever!

Words cannot explain. This condo was the cherry on top of the best vacation ever. Spent the week here with my family and cant wait to get back. Jo made everything too easy from an early check in, to making sure we had what we needed or had any questions.

Amazing stay!

The rental process was quick and easy. The owners are responsive and friendly. The unit was even more beautiful than the pictures could shoe. Location is awesome and check in and check out are easy. It was a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying in this rental and we hope to return again soon! Thank you.

Can't wait to go back!

This beautiful oceanfront condo did not disappoint! The condo is beautifully updated and welcoming. Short distance to many locations. The owners are awesome and made sure everything was going well and if we had any questions. Definitely recommend and we are looking to go back when it's a little warmer!

Perfect Place

Condo was very Nice and Clean. Wonderful views from the Balcony. Loved the Patio Furniture very comfortable to sit and watch everything. Condo location is walking distance to Bahama Bob's, Hangout, and other restaurants. Property Manager was easy to get in touch with on any questions or information you needed.

The property was just perfect!!!!

The property was just as it was described. It was perfect, clean and just the right amount of space for my husband and I. The furniture was comfortable and the owners went out of their way to make sure everything was going well. It was just amazing. I really did not want to leave.

We’re excited to welcome guests to West Beach Hangout! While this listing is newer, we were able to transfer many of our past 5-star reviews from a previous vacation rental (condo) hosted for years.

Hosting families has always been something we truly enjoy. As our own family grew, we realized we needed a larger (4 bedroom/3 bathroom) space where everyone could comfortably gather, relax, and make memories together. That’s what inspired West Beach Hangout.

We’ve been visiting Gulf Shores, Alabama for a many years and love the area—from the beautiful beaches to the laid-back coastal atmosphere. Now as empty nesters, some of our favorite moments are spending time here with our family and especially our two grandbabies.
