The chalet is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with direct access to the terrace, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and another auxiliary bathroom. On the first floor, which is where you enter the house, you will find a large American kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining table, a toilet and a pleasant terrace with panoramic views. In addition to a large covered garage for almost any vehicle. A large staircase takes us to the upper floor where we find the attic converted into a large room with an office for two person, which also has its private terrace with views of the sea and the city.
