Enjoy a complimentary stay at this beautiful villa in Callao Salvaje, Tenerife. Situated in a central location only 200 meters from all amenities. Some of the main highlights of this property are 4 bedrooms (bedroom 4 is small and located in a separate building), 2 bathrooms, roof terrace with sea views and pool terrace with private heated pool and adjacent bar area with fridge! This villa offers comfort, peacefulness and is a great base for all of those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Tenerife.

Please note: the 4th bedroom is only accessible if there are 7 or 8 guests in your group. If there are 6 or less guests in your group you will not receive access to the 4th bedroom, however if your group is 6 or less guests and you still wanted to confirm access to the 4th bedroom we can arrange this at an additional cost.

As you enter the interior you are greeted into the spacious living area/kitchen/diner! The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area holds sofas and a large flat screen TV equipped with a fire stick, providing guests with plenty of entertainment. The dining area is similar to a conservatory with seating for up to 8 guests and includes patio doors leading to the terrace. Inside the main villa are 3 bedrooms which are normal size, the 4th bedroom is small and positioned in a separate building with separate entrance, which is accessed via an artificial grass pathway at the side of the terrace. The 4th bedroom is recommended for those that want that extra bit of privacy.

A wonderful private heated pool is waiting for guests out on the terrace, along with sun loungers, comfortable seating and a bar area with a fridge, the bar is conveniently located to enjoy some refreshing beverages around the pool! The BBQ is a must use facility, here you can cook the perfect feast! Additionally, guests have access to the roof terrace which offers patio furniture and excellent sea views and sunset views.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

This villa is located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife, just 25km from Tenerife South airport. We offer many villas in Callao Salvaje to rent, the area has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation, rejuvenation and in general offers an experience like no other that you will remember for a lifetime. Car hire is not required when staying at this resort, it offers all that is needed to have an enjoyable holiday. The villa is a 2 minute walk to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, shops, cafes, a beach, taxi rank, bus stop (with a regular bus service into the major resorts), a bakery, hotels, church, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, children’s mini park, gymnasiums etc.

The resort also offers spa facilities and sport activities with tennis courts, football pitch, padel tennis and pitch & putt. There are some admirable restaurants in the area to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are only a short drive away.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.
