Guests can enjoy the outdoor seating area for alfresco dining or sunbathe on the private back patio. Secure parking for 3 cars is also available to guests, and the property is secure with an alarm system. A washing machine can also be found on the premises.

A 10kW power back-up system (inverter) covers all appliances except for the geyser and stove. A wood-fired fireplace / stove ensures cozy warmth during winter.

The location offers access to beaches, a number of restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops. It is also not far from the lagoon and scenic walking and mountain biking trails on the mountain.
