Additional Sleeping Arrangements: For larger groups, we offer a double air bed, allowing the cottage to sleep up to 8 people comfortably. A travel cot and a high chair are also available, making it family-friendly.
Bathrooms: The cottage offers a main bathroom and an additional toilet, complete with complimentary toiletries. Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.

Prior to arrival we will send you a unique key safe code to enter the property. We believe in letting our guests enjoy their stay alone, however if you do need anything we have people on hand to help you anyway possible.
Rules: This is a residential area and the guests should follow the below rules.
1. No parties or events at the house.
2. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.
3. No Smoking inside the property
4. Pets are allowed.
5. Parking should be made in designated area. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
6. Quiet time after 11pm. We have neighbours with young children, so we politely ask our guests to be mindful of this.
7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area.
8. Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
9. The wood burning stove is for decorative purposes only. Guests are not permitted to use it.
