This modern, bright apartment is furnished with everything you need for a much-needed break to Liverpool - the perfect base for exploring the city; with Liverpools best shops, restaurants and attractions a stones throw away.
Suitable for up to 6 guests our apartment offers two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a super comfy double sofa bed in the lounge! Featuring a contemporary fitted kitchen, dining and breakfast bar in the open plan living area and two sparking bathrooms.
The Space:
A contemporary two-bedroom apartment, with plenty of of space for up to 6 guests. Newly refurbished, with two hotel standard double beds and a double sofa bed with a full deep sprung mattress in the lounge. The cosy interiors offer everything you could need for that home away from home feel.
The apartment sleeps 6:
Open-plan living/kitchen room:
• Fitted with a double sofa bed sleeping up to 2 guests comfortably.
• Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with an integrated microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, basic cookingware, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
• Share a hearty meal with the group at the breakfast bar in the open-plan living/kitchen area.
• Has a wall-mounted 50" Smart TV allowing you to stream your favourite online shows!
Bedroom 1:
• The master bedroom is fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Has a wooden wardrobe for managing your clothes.
• Comes with an ensuite bathroom that has toilet, sink, and a shower.
Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Has a hanging rail for managing your clothes!
Main Bathroom:
• Modern design fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!
There is also a communal garden space. We kindly ask the group to remain respectful of the neighbours when using the shared space - I am sure that wouldn't be an issue for you!
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is right in the heart of the popular Ropewalks area with Liverpool ONE - a buzzing area of the city centre awash with plenty of restaurants, independent shops, and galleries. Put simply, this is where most of the action takes place in Liverpool and you couldn't be better placed to enjoy it.
You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.
For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is a short stroll away.
Historic tourist spots such as St. Luke's Bombed Out Church and the 300 year old building, 'The Bluecoat' are in a short walking distance.
Bold Place and Duke Street are just around the corner - best place to find variety of food stalls, shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs!
Mathew Street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 13 minutes away. Castle Street is also just about 15 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal Liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudy's pizza!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.

Everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance, although transport links such as Liverpool Central Street and Liverpool ONE bus stops are less than 10 minute walk away!

Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 10-11 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
