Just in front of the sand dunes and the wild beach of Caesarea, this lovely family house is offering a great sea and sun experience in one of the best places of Israel. Close to nature and to many interesting attractions that the touristic area is offering.
- Ground floor, there is a room with en suite toilet and shower and a double sofa bed, With exit to the balcony. On this floor there is a guest bathroom as well,
- 2nd Floor: The second floor has 4 bedrooms -
One of them is a master bedroom with a 200cm Bed, en suite with a bathtub, shower and toilet
The other 2 bedrooms are with 180cm bed.
Children's room with Two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed - (option for 3 beds).
This floor has a toilet and shower.
The house has parking, Ping Pong Table, Fenced pool lit by night lighting, Charcoal grill
Outdoor furniture, Outdoor dining table, equipped Kitchen, piano and, TV screens with Netflix.
The house is a few minutes from the shopping center and café of Caesarea. You can drive there in 2 minutes or 10 minutes walking. Lots of parking spaces are waiting for you outside the door. It is a very calm and quiet area of Caesarea, with only one neighbor that cannot be felt.
In the village (2 minutes drive) you can get anything you want or need, and the train station of Binyamina is 10 minutes away, connecting you to any point in Israel.

All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations.
If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
