A spacious house with 3 bedrooms with a private off road parking, located 2mins from Leeds General Infirmary and Leeds University.
It is a 7 to 10 minute walk to the City Centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and nightlife. 15 min walk to First Direct Arena and several mins by car/ taxi to Headingley Sports Ground and the football at Elland Road. Leeds Bradford International Airport is 20 mins by car.
The space
The house provides a modern, though homely, open-plan feel.
Freshly decorated and comprising of a separate living space, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilets.
It has large windows, lots of natural light and is over 1100 sq ft in size.
The Lounge
The lounge is a calming space to relax in and has a dedicated workspace
There is also a large tv with Netflix and other streaming services.
The kitchen
A modern large kitchen fully equipped with everything guests may need in a home away from home. Comprising of a fridge freezer and oven making our location also ideal for longer stays. The washing and ironing equipments are in the utility space underneath the stairs
The bedrooms
The bedroom provides soft and neutral decor making it a great place to relax in.
