The property benefits from two car parking spaces in the driveway and plenty of off-street parking. This is a modern and spacious property with all the home comforts you need. *****Living Room***** Equipped with a Smart TV so you can stream your favourite movies on Netflix, free high-speed WIFI, and a sofa to seat back and relax after your long day. *****Kitchen***** The kitchen is fully equipped with professional series Neff gas hob and electric oven, fridge, and Russell Hobbs appliances such as a microwave, kettle, and toaster. We also provide some of the essentials such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, and all the cookware necessary to prepare your own meal. Any last-minute laundry needs are also catered for with a washing machine and dryer completely free of charge. *****Bedrooms***** **Bedroom one has got two comfy single beds for 2 sleep. **Bedroom two has got a King bed for a couple (can be split into two singles if needed). upon request. **Bedroom three has got a double bed for a couple. which gives you everything you need for a good night's rest with a comfy bed after a long stressful /tiring day. Freshly cleaned bed linens and Towels are, provided, with bed cabinets You can find a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the house.. *****Bathroom***** Take a soak in the bathroom suite which has the option of a rain shower, we'll even supply the towels and little shampoo and shower gel for you. An additional toilet on the ground floor gives you additional comfort. You have access to the entire three-bedroom property, which is split across two floors. The House is set on a quiet residential street, close to local amenities. If coming by car there is plenty of car parking. If taking by local bus you can get off outside the Tesco express, this bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the house if you travel by Train, Telford Central is the closest station to the house, you can get a taxi from the station. *****You must be over 21 to book the property. ***** Parties and events are forbidden. ***** It's a strictly non-smoking property. ***** if you need 4 single beds, please let us know upon booking for your sleeping arrangement. ***** Bedroom 1 - 2 singles ***** Bedroom 2- 1 King bed for couple ( can be split into 2 singles upon request) ***** Bedroom 3 - 1 Double bed for couple ( cant be split) Altogether 6 Guests *** 2 Cars can be parked in Driveway and Street Park available in the well-lit area ***
