The apartment has a very good location, next to real club padle in the low part of Nueva Andalucia. There is walking distance to Puerto banus, and to the beach.



It has one master bedroom with one kingsize bed (for 2 people) It also has its own terrace with a nice south-west orientation and afternoon sun.There is one bathroom.

The complex has a large communal pool and a kids pool which is just metres from the entrance from this apartment. There is no private parking but right outside on the street there is parking spaces available.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guests are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00. But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this very large and spacious open plan partially renovated with new appliances and furniture. To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 25 years or older and to accept all house rules.



From Locrimar with car, it takes just a few minutes to Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to Marbella centre. It is also short distance to Aloha Golf club, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos.



Check-in after 21.00 will be organized as a self check-in.
