Riva House Colonno is a completely renovated house located in the center of Colonno in a typical village house located just a few minutes from the lake.

Riva House Colonno is ideal for 5 people and is arranged on three levels.
On the ground floor there is a small living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor we have the living area consisting of an open-space kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and 2 induction stoves.
Outside the living room you will find a small balcony with a lake view where you can have an aperitif or breakfast.

On the second attic floor we find a spacious bedroom with bathroom with shower.

Perfectly furnished, equipped with all amenities, located in the lower part of the village of Colonno, close to the main beach and the pedestrian street.

The property is located in the medieval village characterized by narrow streets, houses leaning against each other and alleys leading to small open spaces on the lake.
Please note that the house can only be reached on foot by walking down a steep pedestrian road. There is a public parking area with both free and paid parking lots 200 meters away.
