Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing maintenance, with scaffolding in place. The work is expected to continue until mid-January, and some days may be noisy. Experience a comfortable and convenient getaway at our lovely two-bedroom apartment, literally at the heart of Monte Estoril. Just a short walk from the Cascais beaches and charming cobblestone streets of Monte Estoril, offering a variety of high end dining options, cafes, shops, and amenities. 5-min walk to train station for 30-min access to Lisbon. Internet supports remote work.
The Space:
The property boasts a modern interior, having recently undergone an extensive renovation. With two bedrooms, it's suitable for familes, small groups or couples. Enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and free on street parking. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest beach.
Boasts a fully equipped kitchen for people who love to cook, but for those who prefer time out of the kitchen, there are many local cafés and restaurants in close vicinity where you can experience some great typical local food!
The internet connection is suitable for remote work, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying your holiday.

The apartment's location makes it easy to explore the area. A leisurely 15-minute walk along the oceanfront takes you to Cascais center, where you'll find even more dining choices. The oceanfront boardwalk between Cascais and Monte Estoril is lined with restaurants, and you can extend your walk all the way to Lisbon.
The nearby train station, just a 5-minute walk away, offers access to Lisbon in 30 minutes, or you can journey to Sintra from the Rossio station in Lisbon. The internet connection is suitable for remote work, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying your holidays.

The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.

All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:
- All beds made with fresh linen and towels
- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)
- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.
Additional Services
- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.
House Rules
- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
