About the property
One of three cottages set in the grounds of a former dairy farm, The Milking Parlour is an excellent choice for those wishing to switch off and relax. Enjoy a sociable living space with a log-burner effect fireplace, two en-suite bedrooms and an outdoor dining space for alfresco meals in the sunshine. Should you wish to explore the area, the historic town of Malmesbury is close by with many shops and restaurants, while family-friendly day trips include Stonehenge, Cotswold Water Park and Bath Spa.
The space
The cottage begins with a cosy living room and kitchen with everything you will need to self-cater, including an oven, a dishwasher, a hob, a fridge and a dining table which comfortably seats four guests.

Meanwhile, the living room provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind after a day of exploring with its sumptuous sofa, armchair, Smart TV and log-burner effect fireplace for that extra cosy touch.

Venture upstairs to the first floor where you will find two bright and airy double bedrooms, one of which has a roll-top bath and an en-suite WC and another with an en-suite shower room.

Outside, you will have access to a small patio with garden furniture for alfresco meals in the sunshine.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
