Demetra is a cozy Loft with a Double Bed (reached by a staircase), a Small Bathroom with Bathtub (4x3 meters) and a Kitchen with Washing Machine. Located in the heart of Trastevere with a view of the neighborhood, a short walk from the Botanical Garden, the Janiculum, the Colosseum, the Vatican and its Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona. At 300 meters from the first Bus stop, the area is well supplied with Pharmacies, Restaurants, Bars, Shopping stores and Sharing Mobility services.

ATTENTION: TO ACCESS THE BED THERE IS A STAIRCASE, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STAY TO CHILDREN AND ELDERLY PESONE. THE RAISED SLEEPING AREA IS LOW, VERY TALL PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS.



ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: SMALL BATHROOM WITH BATHTUB (4x3 meters) LATE CHECK IN after 8 pm has the cost of 20 euros, after 11 pm has the cost of 30 euros. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee.
