Dies ist ein geräumiges Studio in einem luxuriösen Haus.
Diese Gegend von Playa del Carmen befindet sich in Playacar Phase 2 und ist eine erstklassige Nachbarschaft mit dem Hard Rock Golfplatz. Dieses Studio ist völlig unabhängig vom Rest unseres Hauses. Mit einem Queensize-Bett, einer Servi-Bar mit kleinem Kühlschrank, einem Waschbecken, einem kompletten Badezimmer, Schränken und einem Pool, der mit dem anderen Teil des Hauses geteilt wird. Kann auch bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen, wobei 2 Futons verfügbar sind. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie auch einen Grill benutzen.
Inklusivleistungen: Klimaanlage, Internet, Kabelfernsehen und Reinigungsservice jeden dritten Tag (täglich gegen Aufpreis) und gereinigtes Wasser. Wir können Ihnen auch zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellen, mit denen Sie die Gegend und das Herz der Innenstadt von Playa del Carmen erkunden können.

Beautiful Property

We spent five days at this property and would have stayed longer if it would have been available. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, so is quite peaceful. The suite is roomy, well-laid-out, and immaculately furnished. The kitchen had every amenity needed for an enjoyable stay. The family does have a couple of dogs which bark for a bit in the morning, which wasn't a big deal. They also host a budding band who practice their banda music after school. They are quite good, and certainly do not play at hours that would be disturbing. Overall, if you must endure the craziness of Playa del Carmen, this is an excellent place to stay.

I was so happy that I found this place. Not only did it have everything I needed but it was all in good shape too. The hostess was so welcoming I felt at home instantly. I just can't say enough good things about this place but I am definitely coming back again. It's a slice of paradise in an often noisy world

We had a great time!

Casa Beard is beautiful! The house is perfect for a couple looking for some quiet time. The pool is sparkling and clean. The bed was comfortable too. Gary the property manager was super helpful and easy to contact. We would 100% stay here again. We rented a car and found the whole area easy to get around by using gps on our phones. There a couple of places to eat within a short walking distance of the house, bikes are also available. Playacar was a nice area to stay. Playa is definitely a lively city so it was nice to come back to this private and quiet oasis in Playacar after a day out. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Terrific, great grounds, pool and apartment perfect to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Relaxing days by the pool plus adventuring to the Playa, the City and sightseeing all made this a perfect starting spot. The restaurants and bakery in the area made eating simple. There is a great grocery store at the end of the street and down to the left to the mall there. Whole foods, organic and fresh food if you wish. I would get to know one cab driver who could pick you up at the door via phone or text contact if you are going to use cabs to get around. Enjoy this lovely Casita!

Fantastic place for a couple

Booked Casa Beard for a two week stay. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Location was central in Playacar so walking to either restaurant/shopping area was and easy 10 minutes walk. Availability to taxis to get into Playa Del Carmen was generally good once to the main road in the subdivision. Even to walk to 5th Ave would be maybe a 30 minutes walk. The suite was roomy enough for a couple. Privacy wasn't and issue at any time. Being on a side road/dead end road of Playacar it was always quiet. Booking was easy through the website. Gary met us when we arrived and walked us through the suite. He also came at 530AM the day we were leaving to get keys and do a check. He was also very helpful in arranging transportation for us to and from the suite from Cancun airport. For what little meal prep/cooking we did, the kitchenette was adequate (much like most hotel rooms) with a fridge, microwave, utensils & a couple electric griddles.. We would totally recommend this listing & hope to book it again in the future

Clean, Spacious, Accommodating, Secure, Relaxing.

Place was so relaxing, clean, spacious and accommodating. This place is great if you want to relax without the noise and people. Which is what I was looking for. My favorite are the dogs Tuba and SARA. If you like dog’s this place is great. They will leave you alone if you ask but I enjoyed having them around made me not miss my big dog do much. Just a few hints The Reef Club, Bring a towel. No DRINKS or FOOD can be brought in, of course and nothing is available at the location. However, with the pass from Casa Beard you can get a discounted rate of $53 USD for a full day access. All you can eat, drink, access to the gym (no towel) and no access to spa. Just access to the pools and beach. Found it to be a one day event. It is a bike ride away but to walk for some might be to much. The Gym at the reef was not that great. You are better off bringing a Yoga Matt and doing exercise by the Casa Beard pool. Great place to stay if you are getting around on your own, however a taxi ride is not hard to find. A convenience store nearby and great restaurant next door. Also another great local restaurant is Muelle dieciséis, they deliver too. I will come back again! LOVED the quite and privacy. I miss Tuba and SARA. The family next door is wonderful too.

Amazing!

We loved our stay here in Playacar! The accommodations were perfect! Quiet, clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful pool, patio and yard just outside the sliding glass doors. There are two sweet dogs who reside here that are so well behaved and sweet as well a a cat. They made our stay even better! Gary Forsythe is the property manager and is an amazing help! He was there waiting for us when we arrived in the evening and gave us some great directions to get dinner within walking distance. We walked into downtown Playa Del Carmen several times during our stay and really enjoyed the scenery. The house is surrounded by a golf course. It makes for a very Park like setting. We will recommend this place to family and friends, and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Playa Del Carmen!!!

Wonderfully Relaxing Guest House!

We just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at Casa Beard. Our hosts, Gary, Sam and Martha were very kind and accommodating. The furnishings were very comfortable and we looked forward to coming home at the end of the day to relax and watch a little tv in the comfort of the living room. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped with things like storage containers and/or Saran Wrap for leftovers, etc, however when we asked for items, such as a kettle, one was supplied! The house was always spotless and Francisca made sure our sheets and towels were replaced often ... More often than we had expected for sure!! Having the use of the pool on days we didn't feel like doing anything was great! And having Tuba and Sara to keep us company and entertained was an added bonus! Thanks again to out hosts for opening their home to us to enjoy!! Lisa and Danny

Relaxing

My husband and I spent 4 days here. The Kitchen was understocked and we would have been more comfotable with a King size bed. Other than that, we felt at home. The owners 2 dogs spent most of their time lying poolside and were very well behaved. We enjoyed riding the bikes into town every night for dinner. The area was gorgeous and a lot to do. The local restaurants are a must. Tulum was worth the travel and the beach there was stunning. We also highly recommend touring the caves at Rio Secreto. We will definately return.

Gorgeous Home and Wonderfully Kind Host!

Our fantastic stay at Casa Beard was a marvelous experience due not only to the beautiful conditions of the home but also because of our very accommodating and kind host, Gary. Casa Beard is just as clean, beautiful and cozy as it looks in the pictures. The pool is relaxing and the sweet dogs of the house make you really feel at home. However, our host Gary was the real reason our stay was so special. From the moment we first booked with Casa Beard until we left, Gary was always attentive and made sure we had all of the information and help we needed. Our already short trip was made even shorter when we lost a day due to a flight cancellation. Gary was extremely understanding and was kind enough to refund us a night’s stay. In addition, when we arrived late for our wedding, Gary was kind enough to drive us directly to the wedding so we wouldn’t miss it. Gary and everyone at Casa Beard went above and beyond to ensure we had a magical stay while at Playa Del Carmen. I plan on returning soon and will definitely stay at the beautiful and relaxing Casa Beard.
