Welcome to the Grosvenor Square Penthouse Apartment in London Mayfair, a two-bedroom haven of luxury split over two floors. Spanning approximately 1,000sq feet with a capacity to comfortably sleep six adults, this penthouse is a rare find in the heart of Mayfair.
The residence features a fully fitted kitchen with all essential appliances, leading to a separate dining area where a table for eight awaits your family meals or friendly gatherings. The living room, with its plush convertible sofa doubling as a double bed upon request, boasts a working gas fireplace and a 55-inch Smart TV, perfect for cozy evenings.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a retreat in itself, offering a second 55-inch 3D LED TV and an en suite bathroom equipped with both a shower and bath. The secondary bedroom, adaptable with two single beds, also includes its own en-suite shower room. Additional conveniences include a guest toilet/powder room.
Step outside to the private outdoor terrace, an idyllic spot for entertaining or enjoying peaceful moments in the bustling city.

The stunning red brick buildings are in the heart of one of London's most prestigious areas, built in the 19th Century and epitomises the historic splendour of late Victorian London. This exclusive street in Mayfair, W1 is tucked behind the bustle of Oxford Street just a few minutes' walk from Bond Street Tube station, Selfridges and with Hyde Park in view, so it remains peaceful and calm. Some of London's best restaurants are on your doorstep, and we are happy to recommend places for you to eat, drink and socialise.
*Please note this apartment is located on the third and fourth floors with walk up stair access only, no lift. As a requirement of staying with us you will be asked to provide a copy of a verified government ID for all guests listed on the booking prior to arrival. *
