The space
- The elegantly decorated living room has a 2-seater sofa-bed, a fold out sofa bed, a TV, a dining table & chairs

- Open-plan kitchen- island table for 4 people, all the necessary kitchen amenities, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, plates & cutlery + much more

- Master bedroom - with a king size bed, a clothes rail and a large mirror

- Bathroom - with a shower and a countertop basin

There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Parking: 2 hours free on-street parking between 9am-6:30pm Monday-Saturday and free outside those hours / days.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
