The house features three comfortable double bedrooms allowing up to six guests. There is a bathroom and an en-suite.

The home also offers convenient amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, and on-site parking, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
The neighborhood benefits from easy access to major roads and motorways, including the M25 and M1, making it convenient for commuters and travelers. Bricket Wood railway station provides direct train services to London and other major cities, ensuring convenient travel options for residents.
Guest access
Guests will have sole access to the whole house during their stay. There is a separate rental unit at the front of the house, however there are no shared areas within the house.
There is a large driveway at the front available for all guests.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
