NEWLY Upgraded and Refurbished for 2023 - now with NEW Hot Tub.
1 of 4 Woodland Lodges offering great quality, comfortable accommodation featuring cosy woodburner and amazing views from the deck to hills and mountains with Pitlochry golf course in the distance.
The natural environment makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge or take part in sporting and adventure activities located nearby.

This cosy lodge has a private hot tub on the patio deck, one bedroom with en-suite shower room and a spacious modern open plan dining and kitchen area with lounge and feature woodburning stove. The property has picture window at the dining table and double doors leading out to the large deck. Here you will find comfortable furniture and a charcoal BBQ - the views are outstanding!

The newly fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven/hob with extractor fan. It is very well equipped with a plentiful supply of crockery, glasswear, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans etc. There is a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary capsules, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. You'll also find teatowels, cling film, tin foil, washing up liquid and cloths.

There is a Dorma Heritage Tweed king sized bed with super-comfy pocket sprung and memory foam mattress and we supply quality bed linen and towels for your stay. Off the bedroom is a fully tiled shower room with large shower cubicle, w/c and wash hand basin. Complimentary organic Highland Soap Co body wash and hand wash in Lemongrass and Ginger are supplied.

The whole property is double glazed and has self-control 24hr central heating throughout so it's lovely and cosy all year round.

Relaxing stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this lodge. When we arrived the instructions were so easy and clear from the owners. The lodge was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The views from the decking/hot tub are so relaxing and it’s only a short 7 minute drive into Pitlochry. Would highly recommend and would return! :)

Lovely place to stay

This is our second time staying at these lodges and will definitely return again in the future. Super well equipped and comfortable lodge with 2 person hot tub. We didn’t use log burner on this occasion but it was lovely when we visited last winter. Suggestions for improved experience would be an umbrella ☂️ on the decking to give shade from the sun if needed and perhaps a gas bbq for user convenience. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful the communication was first class. Thanks again to Laura and Jamie for a wonderful short break.

Relaxing break

2nd time here in the same lodge exactly as we remembered from last year quiet and peaceful location with stunning views of the mountains ⛰️ hot tub fantastic even in the rain let down by local taxis to get to and from pitlochry not the fault of jamie and laura who could not do enough for you they don't live inside but only a phone call away and if you have any questions or requests they respond immediately, lit's about 35 min walk and all uphill on the way back moulin inn about 15 min walk which is nice ifcyoy want a relaxing break not sure you would find anywhere better well done jamie and laura

The Perfect Place!

The most amazing place to stay so clean the lodge has everything you need and the hot tub with the views is perfect loved our couple of days away thanks so much Jamie & Laura for making my birthday extra special such a lovely couple who really go out their way to make you so welcome and comfortable. Stayed here for a short weekend break, the lodge was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay! Hot tub was amazing - the views were incredible! Hosts were great, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay here and Jamie and Laura are really nice hosts. Very welcoming and friendly, The cabins are very well looked after and clean and of course the hot tubs are situated with an excellent view. Would really recommend staying here.

Couple's Getaway

Exactly what my wife and I needed to get away for a few days to relax. The lodge was great, packed with everything we needed. The hot tub and log burner were fantastic features. The only issue we had was the wifi connection was not available to stream a movie (Netflix) at night. It did not detract from the overall experience however as we really enjoyed it and would happily come back.

Brilliant for a short break!

This is our third time visiting these lodges. The new decor and hot tub were lovely. The host was very helpful and welcomed us on our first day to show us how to work things. I would not hesitate to return.

Had lovely time at the cabin we have been here over 10 times over the years and the second visit since the cabins have been refurbished. which is first class with its new hot tubs and extra decking and inside decor. there was a couple of nice extra touches when we arrived which I think was for being a recurring guest which was lovely and well appreciated. Going back between xmas and New year can't wait.

Surprise trip for husbands 50th

Beautiful clean lodge kitted out with evrrything you could need. Stunning, peaceful location close to centre of town. Super accommodating hosts who helped arrange a wee surprise for me during our stay. Lovely comfortable bed, wonderful power shower and lovely decking out patio doors with the hot tub. Fabulous, restful stay massively exceeded our expectations

Short getaway

Wanted to escape for a rew days, saw the lodges on line. Visited a few weeks previous, liked the lodge and location, booked one. Very well appointed lodge, everything for self catering. Wood burner gives a good heat. Enjoyed the the hot tub, was in it every night! Very quiet peaceful few days, with trips around the surrounding area.

Brilliant Stay

We returned from Kinnaird Woodland Lodges feeling completely relaxed. Great location and plenty to explore in the area. The lodge itself was amazing. Fully equipped and loads of little details which had been thought about. The owners couldn’t have been any more helpful and sorted out an issue we had on arrival within half an hour which we were impressed with. Would absolutely return and recommend to family/friends.

Fabulous!

What a fantastic break we had! The new refurbishments are superb and the property is immaculate. So modern and comfortable and with new hot tubs. Nothing better than watching the sunset over that beautiful view whilst sitting in a hot tub. Must also mention the really comfy bed and powerful shower. As we were lucky with the weather we were able to have a BBQ on the deck. Everything has been thought of and is top quality. Thank you for such a great stay - we'll be back very soon!

Luxury 5* lodge break

Had a great two days great weather , really friendly owners and welcoming, lodge was very modern and comfortable, spotless and had everything you could need.Modern fitted kitchen with all gadgets stunning views. Wood burner . bedroom beautifully decorated and comfortable lounge with stunning views. . Hot tub was amazing as was the seated area outside the lodge. Views were spectacular,. Great area close to Pitlochry for walking, sightseeing in the area, . We would recommend dam cafe all homemade and good prices with great views over dam and loch. Look forward to returning.
