NEWLY Upgraded and Refurbished for 2023 - now with NEW Hot Tub.
1 of 4 Woodland Lodges offering great quality, comfortable accommodation featuring cosy woodburner and amazing views from the deck to hills and mountains with Pitlochry golf course in the distance.
The natural environment makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge or take part in sporting and adventure activities located nearby.

This cosy lodge has a private hot tub on the patio deck, one bedroom with en-suite shower room and a spacious modern open plan dining and kitchen area with lounge and feature woodburning stove. The property has picture window at the dining table and double doors leading out to the large deck. Here you will find comfortable furniture and a charcoal BBQ - the views are outstanding!

The newly fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven/hob with extractor fan. It is very well equipped with a plentiful supply of crockery, glasswear, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans etc. There is a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary capsules, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. You'll also find teatowels, cling film, tin foil, washing up liquid and cloths.

There is a Dorma Heritage Tweed king sized bed with super-comfy pocket sprung and memory foam mattress and we supply quality bed linen and towels for your stay. Off the bedroom is a fully tiled shower room with large shower cubicle, w/c and wash hand basin. Complimentary organic Highland Soap Co body wash and hand wash in Lemongrass and Ginger are supplied.

The whole property is double glazed and has self-control 24hr central heating throughout so it's lovely and cosy all year round.

Much needed break away

We love Pitlochry and have stayed at these lodges twice before, since the last time there have been several upgrades to the property all which only enhanced the lovely time we had. The new hot tubs are great, the interior is lovely and hosts were on hand when we had an issue with our hot tub which was promptly resolved. We will be back .

Highly recommend Kinnaird Woodland Lodges for a break in Pitlochry. Laura and Jamie were warm and welcoming from the point of booking and provided detailed and clear instructions. Gorgeous stay at Kinnaird woodland lodges

We had a fabulous stay. Lodge was perfect for our time away together for a well deserved break. Brilliant location and the best views. Relaxing stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this lodge. When we arrived the instructions were so easy and clear from the owners. The lodge was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The views from the decking/hot tub are so relaxing and itā€™s only a short 7 minute drive into Pitlochry. Would highly recommend and would return! :)

Lovely weekend break!

Stayed here for a short weekend break, the lodge was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay! Hot tub was amazing - the views were incredible! Hosts were great, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return in the future!

Lovely place to stay

This is our second time staying at these lodges and will definitely return again in the future. Super well equipped and comfortable lodge with 2 person hot tub. We didnā€™t use log burner on this occasion but it was lovely when we visited last winter. Suggestions for improved experience would be an umbrella ā˜‚ļø on the decking to give shade from the sun if needed and perhaps a gas bbq for user convenience. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful the communication was first class. Thanks again to Laura and Jamie for a wonderful short break.

Brilliant for a short break!

This is our third time visiting these lodges. The new decor and hot tub were lovely. The host was very helpful and welcomed us on our first day to show us how to work things. I would not hesitate to return.

Excellent stay

Really enjoyed our couple of days staying here. Was looking for a place for me and the wife to recharge after going through having our little one in December, so was really pleased with how good this lodge was, very modern, clean and had everything we would need to make our rest a good one. Not too far from the town centre and local amenities but far enough that we werenā€™t disturbed by traffic etc. Hot tub was amazing and the modern renovations inside were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
