The property consists of a newly decorated modern kitchen / breakfast area, a spacious living / dining room, 2 bedrooms, storage room, a garden / patio and a beautiful bathroom.

- Elegantly decorated living room has a 3-seater sofa-bed, TV, a dining table & chairs
- Kitchen and breakfast area - breakfast table for 4, all the necessary kitchen amenities, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, plates & cutlery + much more
- Master bedroom - with a king size bed, a drawer and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2 - with a super-king size bed, a desk and a wardrobe
- Bathroom - has a bathtub and shower
- Garden - outdoor seating area with a gorgeous cedar bench
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Free 2 hours on-street public parking between 9am and 6:30pm, free outside those hours. Guests would need to find and arrange their own paid parking if necessary.
