Fully appointed kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher & all the crockery, pans & cutlery you need. Complimentary Tea & Coffee for your whole stay, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

The lounge has a 2 seater sofa & a 2 seater sofa bed which can convert into a double bed. Smart TV with Freeview service. There is also a folding table with 4 chairs.

A king sized bed, a double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables & a chest of drawers are in the bedroom, along with a full length mirror, a fan & extra bedding if needed.

The bathroom has a good shower with complimentary shower gel & shampoo, a toilet & hand basin. Towels are provided free of charge.

Outside space includes use of the main house's garden furniture which is under a pergola with opening & closing roof. The seating faces the stunning views so you can relax in the evening & watch the sunset or have breakfast with nature.

Canterbury, Faversham, Whitstable & Herne Bay are all within a 10 minute drive. Easy access to trains to London & also the coast.

There are pubs, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, safari parks, nature reserves & beaches all within easy reach. There is even a Michelin star restaurant within 2 miles.
