Charming and quiet house in a residential area, ideal for families and
groups of friends, great for relaxing on vacation. It has capacity for
a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child.

Upon entering the property we can choose to enter the house or go down
a staircase that will take us to the pool area with a large terrace
where you can sunbathe and its impressive mountain views.
Returning to the entrance, as we enter we find a large kitchen equipped
with everything necessary for your stay and which is connected to the
living room through a serving hatch area.

Next, the spacious living-dining room offers impressive views of the
Parc del Garraf and its vineyards. From the kitchen we can access a
small and pleasant terrace where we can relax, have breakfast, eat, or
even enjoy reading a book. On the same floor, we have a room with a
double bed and also a complete bathroom with a shower.

On the lower floor, we find the rest area where we have a room with a
trundle bed (which can be double or single), a children's room with a
small bed and the main room with a double bed and its dressing room. On
this floor we have a full bathroom with a bathtub that is shared with
all guests.

Back to the pool, where you can sunbathe and enjoy the long summer
days, you can also access a garden area, where you can enjoy a
multitude of games, ideal for the little ones in the house.

Arrival information:
* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16
years of age do not pay)
* Pets allowed upon request.
* Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
