The property has ideal spaces for your comfort, 3 bedrooms, the main one with double bed, closet and nightstands; the other two with single bed and desk. The living room is spacious and will allow you to feel from the comfort of home but with the touch of luxury of the best hotels thanks to its spectacular design and beautiful views of the sea and the city. The living room consists of a living room with large windows that fill the area with light, a dining room with six seats and a fully equipped island kitchen to enjoy preparing your favorite dishes. Also two beautiful and spacious bathrooms equipped with WC and shower for you to take relaxing showers after knowing the wonders that this city of the Costa del Sol offers you.

The apartment is strategically located in a quiet neighborhood, quiet but close to the most representative places of the city: You will be next to the beautiful Malagueta beach where you can go to read a book and enjoy the incredible climate of the city, a few meters away you will also have the Museum of Malaga, the Picasso Museum of Malaga, the Central Market of Atarazanas, the spectacular and unmissable Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, in addition, you will have a variety of typical restaurants, museums, supermarkets and entertainment areas that you will love.

The main sites of interest are a few minute walking, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city better, Malaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of bus stations and parking stations in case you bring your car to this adventure.

For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information:

1. You must sign a temporary rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 180 EUR.
