The living space for this ground-floor apartment is open-plan with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for two and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is a super-king-size bedroom serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a non-enclosed communal area and off-road parking. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a river, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Explore the coast and countryside of Gwynedd with a stay at the beautiful Bay Tree Cottage. Town: Enjoying a rich royal history is the village of Lyndhurst, known as the capital of the New Forest National Park, frequently visited throughout the centuries by kings and queens thanks to it being established as a royal hunting ground by William the Conqueror. Home to quaint Tudor style buildings and a scattering of welcoming pubs and local shops and boutiques, this lovely settlement has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Hampshire. One of the village's famous residents is Alice Pleasance Liddell, the inspiration behind Lewis Carroll's 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland', resting in the graveyard of St Michael and All Angels' Church. Walk up to Bolton's Bench, an elevated spot to perch at and take in the views of the landscape, before visiting the New Forest Heritage Centre offering a history into this spectacular national park with interactive exhibits and exhibitions. Walkers can delight in a great choice of walking routes, start out by exploring the area with a circular walk around Lyndhurst, whilst cyclists can embark on a tour of the park on popular routes like Lyndhurst to Brockenhurst, or over to Hatchet Pond, with bikes available to hire from The Woods Cyclery. Stylish and comfortable

The cottage is in a lovely village with good amenities. The decor is beautiful and it had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hosts left us some welcome 'goodies' and a great book of information. This is a lovely cottage for a couple.
