Thanks to the unique location of the tenement house, surrounded by greenery, you can relax in peace and quiet, despite its central location. At your fingertips, you have an access to all the best attractions, cafes, restaurants and clubs. The road to the Main Square takes less than 5 minutes on foot. This beautiful, newly renovated and decorated, stylish and modern apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic tenement house. Up to 8 people will feel the full comfort of their stay. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with Queen Size beds and one with two single beds; a large living room with a sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for 2 people; two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a shower and toilet, and the other with a bathtub with a shower and a toilet; a kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances in a fully furnished home, including a coffee machine. A balcony overlooking the courtyard offers an additional seating area.
The apartment offers access to satellite TV and high-speed wireless WIFI internet.

We kindly ask you to abide by the House Regulations, mainly with regard to keep quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (it is strictly forbidden to organize parties after 10:00 p.m.) and that smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Each breach of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

This is a non-smoking apartment. In the event of a breach, a one-time penalty fee will be applied.
Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise stated in the description.
