Location:
Orzeszkowa Street is centrally located between the historic center of Krakow and Kazimierz. The street begins just above the Vistula River and its green boulevards, which allows for pleasant evening walks on the river. The apartment is located at the beginning of this street, and its location allows you to fully enjoy your stay in Krakow. Wawel Castle is literally around the corner, the way to the Market Square takes about 10 minutes, and to Kazimierz about 3 minutes. All top rated restaurants, cafes and attractions are within walking distance.

Apartment:
The apartment is located on the first floor in a beautiful, renovated building with soul. It can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, dining area , independent bedroom and bathroom. After passing through the living room, you get to a spacious, separate bedroom, equipped with a large spacious Queen Size bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and toilet, as well as a practical washer-dryer. The bedroom has all the necessary appliances, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle. The kitchen is also fully equipped for cooking or baking.
The Smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix and Youtube is undoubtedly a huge asset to the apartment.

For our guests we offer breakfasts with delivery to the apartment. The cost of breakfast is 30 PLN / 7 EUR per person.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1.Breakfasts are delivered to the apartments daily between 7:00 and 9:00 am.
2.Breakfasts are to be chosen from a menu which is sent after making a payment
3.Breakfast must be ordered no later than 6pm for the next day

It is possible to order breakfast the day before your arrival, very early departure or a full day trip.

3. breakfast Polish - XL hard-boiled egg, thick grated cheese Podlaski, Polish kabanos, home-made pickled cucumbers, lard with onion and apple, fresh local bread, ketchup, butter
4. breakfast VEGGIE - cream cheese, cottage cheese with chives, mixed vegetables, olives, vegetarian lard, fresh local bread, nutella butter

Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to obey the House Rules and Regulations, mainly concerning the curfew from 10 pm to 6 am (no parties after 10 pm) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.
Any violation of the rules will result in the initiation of debt collection by the reservation portal and the collection of a deposit.
Make yourself at home and take care of our place as if it were yours.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Do not let unverified people into your apartment.
3. The user bears full responsibility for any damage or loss caused during the stay. Guests will be charged for any material damages if they occur.
4. Persons not mentioned in the booking cannot stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly prohibited unless previously discussed with the host.
6. Before leaving home, make sure all windows are closed.
7. This is a non-smoking apartment. A one-time penalty fee will be applied in case of violation.
8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
