Urban Living is a spacious 1 bedroom flat located in the heart of Bournemouth Town Centre however boasts a quiet location nestled off the main High Street. The flat itself is a former barristers chambers and boasts high ceilings and a characterful entrance.

The flat is fully refurbished to a high standard and has modern fittings and appliances throughout. Both the bedroom and the main living space is bright and airy with large bay windows for light to flood through. Equally the modern lighting is cosy at nighty for those family nights in making the most of the comfy sofa bed and large smart television.

Being centrally located Urban Living is in walking distance from all major attractions including the 12 award winning stretches of Bournemouth beaches which are amongst the finest in England. BH1 a major new entertainment complex is also within walking distance as is the main High Street.

Bournemouth International Centre and the Bournemouth Pavilion is also accessible by foot again a maximum 10 minute walk away.
Urban Living - Flat 2 is a newly converted apartment which is the former barristers chambers.

The apartment is large, light and airy with the bedroom located to the rear of the property for a quiet nights sleep and the lounge/kitchen facilities located at the front. The apartment is quiet and perfect for an overnight stay following a day exploring the local attractions or for a great longer term family holiday option, accommodating up to 4 occupants comfortably. Likewise, due to the high standards within the apartment and the fantastic location any stay at Urban Living truly is a home from home experience not to be missed.

All facilities are new, modern and up together ensuring your comfort for your stay. The great layout ensures space for all and space to escape for a quiet moment to reflect on the days activities.

It was Fabulous

I like the way it is I can't climb the stairs for ever.my child is jumpy last time we have problems while we stay.this time we haven't got any thing like that.so we are happy 😄

Rough Location - Be careful

Nice flat in a tough neighbor hood. Park you car in them multi-story carpark since this is locked and barricaded at 8PM. Don't walk alone after dark as there are plenty of people in the shadows. The flat is nice, but the Hood is bad. Also, checkin was very bad and delayed -Could say more but space is limited.

Nice flat - Terrible Location

This is hard to write since the flat was nice, however, the neighborhood is very sketchy. I come from a tough inner city neighborhood so I know when I am in a rough neighborhood. Communication with the host was terrible and I did not receive check-in instructions until 1.5 hour to check-in. This caused stress. I had been trying to communicate with the host for over a month and then called VRBO, who also had no luck. Not certain if I would be able to access the property so I had back up plans. The host recommends you park in a multi-story car park and I agree. This parking lot is locked and barricaded at 8PM for good reason. If you park at the open air lot, you are increasing your risk of break in. DO NOT leave anything of value in your car. Also, do not plan to be out walking around after dark, particularly if you are alone. Just wish I had been able to see other reviews through VRBO, but there were none to help me understand the neighborhood. The flat is nice once you are safely secure inside. The Wi-FI really does not really exist - Unless 1Mbps is an enough speed for you! No excuses since Bournemouth is a large city and Wi-Fi should be a higher speed. If you watch the TV, which relies on Wi-Fi, turn off the Wi-Fi on every other device with you and even then, expect A LOT of buffering. Wi-Fi in 2024 is the STANDARD, much like indoor plumbing, and everyone needs it when they travel. The fire Alarm went off very time we showered - even with the extractor fan on

Being a former barristers chambers the character oozes from the oak staircase to the sash windows which remain in situ, simply stunning!
