The apartment is located in a typical and central neighborhood of Mexico City, Colonia Tabacalera; ideal for discovering the historic center on foot (Bellas Artes, Templo Mayor, the Cathedral, the Monument to the Revolution, the Ciudadela craft market, among many others). Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, the principal avenue of Mexico City, is 250 meters away and you will be at five minutes walk from Alameda Central.
You can arrive at any time that suits you. Access can be done independently with the indications and the code that you will receive following your reservation, or we can also give you the keys personally if this is possible and if you wish. Tell us what your preferences and times are, and everything will be arranged.
As you will see, the area is very easy to access from the airport or the rest of the city. Due to the number of visitors this area receives, it is very well served by the metro (Hidalgo or Revolucion station 400 meters away), the many Metrobus lines, and the main communication axes.
The apartment is a place of relaxation ideally located to discover the city. In the immediate vicinity you will find:
- 1 to 3 minutes walking to the conveniences stores (Oxxo, Don Pepe winery), family restaurants (Toks, la Tía, Sonora Grill), cantinas, pharmacies, ATMs, Starbucks, restaurants, the Casino and the Historic Frontón México (headquarters of the 1968 Olympics).
- 200 m to the National Museum of San Carlos (2 min walking)
- 350 m to Paseo de la Reforma (4 min walking)
- 350 m to Plaza de la República and Museum of the Revolution (4 min walking)
- 400 m to the “Turibus” stop (4 min walking), an excellent option to get to know the city in half a day.
- 500 m to the Hidalgo metro station (to get to the Frida Khalo museum in Coyoacán in 20 minutes ).
The metro connects the entire city.
- 500 m to the Metrobus public transport station (7 min walking)
- 700 m to the historic park of Alameda Central (12 min walking) where you will find the Palace of Fine Arts, 14 minutes walking, you will reach the Zócalo, National Palace and the Metropolitan Cathedral.
-10 minutes by Uber or walking along the beautiful Paseo de la Reforma avenue you will reach the Chapultepec Park, the Chapultepec Castle and Museum, the unmissable National Museum of Anthropology, the Tamayo Museum of Contemporary Art and its excellent restaurant with an open terrace with a view to the park.
