The newly built Residence Merope is located 500m far from the center of Pineto and a few steps from the beach. The SMERALDO apartment, a two-room apartment located on the ground floor, offers a patio equipped with sofas at the entrance to enjoy time outdoors. Inside, the apartment has a living room with complete kitchen with dish, crockery, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, gas hob, TV and double sofa bed. The living room leads to the sleeping area composed by a spacious double bedroom with TV, a pouf that can become a third bed if necessary and one bathroom with shower. The bedroom leads to a private outdoor space used as a laundry area. Furthermore, the apartment offers a secondary passage to access directly the shared swimming pool, with free entry and for the exclusive use of guests. Just 100 meters from the apartment, walking through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will find the golden sand beach, and just 5 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area of the same name \" Torre del Cerrano \". The apartment is air-conditioned and offers also a private parking. To offer you greater comfort, you will find included in the price an initial supply of bed linen and towels inside the apartment.
